Retention and Deletion Policy
If the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Principles
We keep data only as long as its purpose and the law require; then it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised (KVKK Art. 7). Deletion runs automatically, usually within 24 hours after a period ends; periods in months and years are maximums. Records under a legal hold are kept until the matter ends (dispute, investigation or a request from an authority).

Local data on your phone is deleted when you sign out. Support e-mails are kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed.
3. Deleting your account
- In the app: Profile → Delete my account → "I understand this can't be undone." → Permanently delete my account. Deletion starts at once and usually finishes within minutes; it also works while you are suspended.
- On the web or by e-mail: follow coffriend.com/en/delete-account or e-mail info@perfexus.com with the subject "Account deletion" and your registered phone number. We may ask you to confirm with a code sent to that number; we complete the request within 30 days.
- Some data only: you can delete your profile details, photos and reminders in the app.
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store first.
